
i batch a version of overnight oats every single week. you can get funky with the flavors without too much sugar. i tend to use quick oats/chia seeds/low fat greek yog/water as a base. recent flavor combos include: matcha w/ strawberry, banana with dark chocolate hard shell, earl grey w/ orange marmalade, "chai latte", cardamom peach, and "mango sticky rice". it keeps well in the fridge, and you can throw it in a bag with very little thought. usually by the time i get to work, it's not too cold, which is nice.
